Dear birth mother,
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better and trust me with your most precious gift. My journey of growing my family through adoption has just begun, but I want you to know your child will grow up in a house full of love and patience.
I will do everything in my power to guide them to grow into the best person they can become. My values are best summarized as the five big C’s: Courage, Curiosity, Commitment, Civility, and Charity. I believe that if we try to live by these guidelines, we will become a happy family that forges a bond for life.
I want your child to be able to explore their interests and to support them in whatever their talents might be. I will make sure that he/she has the opportunity to enjoy a well-rounded education. I already started a college fund, so when the time comes, they can go to college if they want. They don’t have to, but if they want to, they will be able to. I am so curious to see what their interests and career choices will be!
